Who we are
This website is run by DC Plumbing & Heating Contractors Limited (“we”, “us”), Unit 2A, Norton Ind Estate, Bellerton Lane, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST6 8ED. We are responsible for any personal information described in this notice.

What this website collects
This website has no contact forms, accounts or analytics, and it does not set any cookies of its own. We do not use your visit to build a profile of you or show you adverts.
Hosting and security
The website is delivered by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Google Maps
Our Contact page does not load Google Maps until you choose “Show map”. When you do, your browser connects to Google, which receives information such as your IP address and may set cookies. If you prefer, use the “Open in Google Maps” link or our address instead. See Google’s privacy policy.
Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites, such as our Instagram page. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they use your information.
When you contact us
If you phone or email us, we use your name, contact details and the details of your enquiry to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to provide our services. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We keep this information only for as long as we need it for those purposes and to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping financial records. We do not sell your information.
